Our refund and returns policy is valid for 2 days. If 2 days days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange for the returned item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.When you receive your product, please record a clear video of the item before opening it. Our team will review the information and respond accordingly.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear officially. After that, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are posted.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at Buyzoltrate@proton.me.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

Shipping Information

To return your product, please mail it back to us. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
